TURBO’S & INJECTORS SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Orders received prior to 4:00pm EST are shipped the same or next day for in stock items. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Certain products cannot be shipped via UPS. These products will be delivered via LTL carrier. Contact our Customer Service Department at 928.208.5777 for questions regarding LTL shipping rates.

*We currently only ship to the continental 48 States within the United States.

Returns and RGAs

Stone Equipment Parts appreciates you shopping with us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) on all returned products. If you desire to return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at 928.208.5777 and email stoneparts@outlook.com to begin the RMA process. Upon calling, please have your order number and the part number ready so we can solve your problem quickly. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and freight collect returns will not be accepted.

Core Returns

Some units on our website include a refundable core deposit. To return your core to Seller for credit, please contact us at 928.208.5777 and our customer service department will provide instructions. You have 21 days from date of purchase to return your core for credit; cores received after 21 days will not receive credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and freight collect core returns will not be accepted.

Cores must be “like for like” which means part number for part number and returned in the same box that your new unit arrived in. Cores must be complete, without previous disassembly. Cores must not be damaged by non-operational causes, such as torch or tool marks, water damage or fire damage.
